TheSmartGrab Lab ("we", "us") operates lab.thesmartgrab.com and related preorder pages. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Order info: name, email, billing details (collected by our payment processor, Stripe — we never store full card numbers).
• Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, device type, country, and UTM parameters from ad clicks.
• Cookies / pixels: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar tags to measure ad performance and improve the site.

How We Use It

• Fulfill your preorder and notify you when products ship.
• Process refunds (we refund preorders not delivered within 90 days).
• Measure which ads work so we can spend less on bad ones.
• Reply to support email.

Sharing

We share only what's needed with: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Meta / Google (advertising measurement). We do not sell personal data.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing emails at any time by emailing hello@thesmartgrab.com. EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR. California residents have rights under CCPA.

Data Retention

Order records: kept 7 years for tax / accounting. Analytics data: kept 14 months. Account / email list: kept until you ask us to delete it.

Children

Our products are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We'll update the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be emailed to active customers.
